Abstract

O grupo definiu o tema do projeto após pesquisas lideradas por Isabelly Duarte, levando em conta viabilidade técnica, o tempo disponivel para entrga e os recursos que tínhamos em mãos. O início foi marcado por certa confusão devido á falta de direção clara, mas com alinhamento e reuniões rápidas o trabalho evoluiu gradativamente e ganhou rítmo. A primeira tarefa prática foi a criação da identidade visual. A logo inicial ficou com um aspecto amador e não transmitia a seriedade do projeto, entao decidimos refaê-la. A nova versão ficou mais moderna, minimalista e versátil, adequada tanto para o site quanto para futuras redes sociais e materiais gráficos. Com a identidade definida, iniciamos a construção do site informativo. Aplicamos a paleta de cores escolhida em todos os elementos para manter consistência visual e organizamoso conteúdo em seções claras: sobre o grupo, objetivo do projeto, como funciona, cronograma e contato. O site foi desenvolvido em HTML, CSS e JavaScript para estrutura, estilo e interatividade do Front-End. Para tornar o projeto dinâmico, ultilizamos PHP no back-end para processar formulários de contato, validar dados e armazenar informações. Implementamos também um painel simples em PHP para que o grupo consiga atualizar notícias e avisos sem precisar mexer no código. O resultado é um site responsivo, com boa hierarquia de informação, fácil navegação e carregamento rápido. A divisão de tarefas e a comunicação constante foram essenciais para superar a desorganização inicial e entregar um produto funcioal que representa bem a proposta do grupo.

The group defined the project theme after research led by Isabelly Duarte, taking into account technical feasibility, the time available for delivery, and the resources we had at hand. The beginning was marked by some confusion due to a lack of clear direction, but with alignment and quick meetings, the work gradually evolved and gained momentum. The first practical task was the creation of the visual identity. The initial logo had an amateurish look and did not convey the seriousness of the project, so we decided to redo it. The new version is more modern, minimalist, and versatile, suitable for both the website and future social media and graphic materials. With the identity defined, we began building the informational website. We applied the chosen color palette to all elements to maintain visual consistency and organized the content into clear sections: about the group, project objective, how it works, schedule, and contact. The website was developed in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for structure, style, and interactivity of the Front-End. To make the project dynamic, we used PHP on the back-end to process contact forms, validate data, and store information. We also implemented a simple PHP dashboard so that the group can update news and announcements without having to touch the code. The result is a responsive website with a good information hierarchy, easy navigation, and fast loading. The division of tasks and constant communication were essential to overcome the initial disorganization and deliver a functional product that accurately represents the group's proposal.
