Programa de aprendizagem: a informação para concepção do aluno/aprendiz

Abstract

O presente estudo teve por objetivo informar e conscientizar os jovens sobre o programa de aprendizagem, sua criação, as oportunidades oferecidas e as respectivas funções e direitos dos jovens quando participam ou possuem interesse em participar do programa de aprendizagem. Também auxilia no entendimento das leis e deveres do jovem trabalhador. O intuito é mostrar através do estudo de caso as dificuldades que os jovens enfrentam nos dias de hoje para conquistar o primeiro emprego. Uma entrevista com o supervisor de uma instituição de aprendizagem de Araraquara-SP, explicam-se os conteúdos utilizados nas capacitações teórica do programa e a visão da instituição para obter um diferencial no mercado de trabalho. Utilizou-se uma metodologia descritiva, com pesquisas em sites, juntamente com a realização de um questionário aplicado na instituição de ensino Etec Profª Anna de Oliveira Ferraz e tendo como sua base o Manual da Aprendizagem do MTE (Ministério do trabalho e emprego). This study aimed to inform and educate young people about the learning program, its creation, the opportunities offered and the respective roles and rights of young people when they participate or have an interest in participating in the program of Learning. It also assists in understanding the laws and duties of the young worker. The aim is to show, through the case study, the difficulties that young people face today to achieve their first job. An interview with the supervisor of a learning institution in Araraquara SP, explains the contents used in the program's theoretical capacities and the institution's view to obtain a differential in the labor market. We used a descriptive methodology, with research on sites, together with the realization of a questionnaire applied at the educational institution Etec Prof ª Anna de Oliveira Ferraz and having as its basis the learning Manual of the MTE (Ministry of Labor and Employment).
