Correntes invisíveis

Abstract

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso intitulado “Correntes Invisíveis” tem como objetivo contribuir com o aprofundamento das discussões em torno do trabalho análogo à escravidão, uma prática ainda presente em diversas regiões do Brasil e do mundo, apesar dos avanços legais e sociais. A pesquisa busca lançar luz sobre os mecanismos de invisibilização dessa realidade, destacando a importância da fiscalização, da conscientização dos trabalhadores sobre seus direitos e da responsabilidade social do consumidor. A investigação considera como essencial o cumprimento das leis trabalhistas e a difusão do conhecimento sobre os direitos fundamentais do trabalhador. Ao final, o estudo propõe reflexões e caminhos possíveis para a construção de uma sociedade mais justa, onde a dignidade humana seja efetivamente respeitada no mundo do trabalho, reforçando o papel da educação e da informação como ferramentas fundamentais na prevenção e no enfrentamento dessa violação dos direitos humanos. The exploratory study entitled “Invisible Currents” aims to contribute to the deepening of discussions around slave-like labor, a practice still present in several regions of Brazil and the world, despite legal and social advances. The research seeks to shed light on the mechanisms that make this reality invisible, highlighting the importance of monitoring, raising awareness among workers about their rights, and the social responsibility of consumers. The investigation considers compliance with labor laws and the dissemination of knowledge about the fundamental rights of workers to be essential. In the end, the study proposes reflections and possible paths for the construction of a more just society, where human dignity is effectively respected in the world of work, reinforcing the role of education and information as fundamental tools in preventing and confronting this violation of human rights.
