Transporte rodoviário de cargas indivisíveis excedentes: operação de risco na trajetória

Abstract

A finalidade dos transportes especiais é fazer a locomoção de cargas indivisíveis e cargas indivisíveis excedentes de um determinado ponto de origem a um determinado ponto destino, sendo que no trajeto de locomoção das devidas cargas existe alto grau de risco, que necessitam cuidados especiais desde o carregamento, no trajeto até ao descarregamento. O transporte de cargas especiais requer uma série de procedimentos, também especiais para que ocorra um transporte com segurança com a carga, o motorista e os demais envolvidos na evolução da operação, inclusive a população. As empresas de transportes especiais buscam sempre em seu transporte alta qualidade com menor custo, menor desperdício de tempo, e satisfação ao cliente, realizando o serviço com alta produtividade de sua equipe. Este trabalho tem como finalidade encontrar as grandes dificuldades de serviços, principalmente nos custos e no tempo executado, em cada operação logística de transportes de cargas indivisíveis e cargas indivisíveis excedentes, devido à precariedade das estradas encontradas e aos obstáculos, por não haver planejamento para esse tipo de carga no país. Considerando a trajetória, é importante ressaltar que nem sempre o menor trajeto é o mais viável devido à largura, ao peso transportado e, especialmente à altura, pois em diversas ocasiões, principalmente envolvendo as obras de artes, este foi o principal obstáculo encontrado para a passagem da carga especial transportada. The purpose of special transportation is the locomotion of indivisible loads and indivisible loads exceeding a given point of origin to a given destination, since in the cargo movement path there is a high risk possibility, and such cargo need special care from loading up to the path to unloading. The special cargo transportation requires a series of procedures, which must also be special in order to provide a safety transportation to the load, the driver and others involved in the operation’s evolution, including the population. Companies that work with especial transport always seek high quality with lower costs, low wasting times, and customer satisfaction, realizing the service with high team productivity. This work aims at finding the great difficulties of services especially on the costs and time in each Logistics operation of indivisible loads and indivisible exceeding loads transportation, due to poor roads and obstacles found, since there is no planning for this type of cargo in the country. Considering the trajectory, it is important to highlight that the smallest is not always the most viable path because of width, weight transported and, especially the height, since on many occasions especially involving the works of art were a major obstacle found for the passage of special transported cargo.
