Abstract

A pesquisa, investigou a composição e os benefícios de cosméticos naturais, com foco em bálsamos e seus ingredientes. A pele, maior órgão do corpo humano, desempenha funções vitais de proteção e regulação térmica. Ao longo da história, a humanidade buscou aprimorar sua aparência através de cosméticos, que evoluíram de simples ornamentos para produtos complexos com propriedades terapêuticas. Cosméticos naturais, à base de ingredientes como óleos de coco, calêndula, vitamina E, cera de abelha e rosa mosqueta, têm ganhado destaque por suas propriedades hidratantes, antioxidantes e regeneradoras. Bálsamos, formulados com esses ingredientes, oferecem cuidados intensivos para diversos tipos de pele, promovendo hidratação profunda, proteção contra agressões externas e reparação de danos. A utilização de ingredientes naturais proporciona benefícios para a saúde e o bem-estar, além de reduzir o impacto ambiental associado à produção de cosméticos convencionais.

This study investigated the composition and benefits of natural cosmetics, focusing on balms and their ingredients. The skin, the human body’s largest organ, plays vital roles in protection and thermoregulation. Throughout history, humanity has sought to enhance its appearance through cosmetics, which have evolved from simple ornaments to complex products with therapeutic properties. Natural cosmetics, based on ingredients such as coconut oil, calendula, vitamin E, beeswax, and rosehip, have gained prominence for their moisturizing, antioxidant, and regenerative properties. Balms, formulated with these ingredients, offer intensive care for various skin types, promoting deep hydration, protection against external aggressions, and damage repair. The research conducted highlighted the importance of selecting the right natural cosmetics, considering the individual characteristics of each skin. The use of natural ingredients provides benefits for health and well-being, in addition to reducing the environmental impact associated with the production of conventional cosmetics.
