Segurança no trabalho: metalúrgica Mascarini

Abstract

Nós, a partir deste trabalho buscamos mostrar e exemplificar a importância e a necessidade dos métodos de segurança no trabalho, tendo como referência a empresa metalúrgica “MASCARINI”. Decidimos falar sobre este assunto, pois, é algo que afeta tanto direta como indiretamente o rendimento e a vida dos funcionários, e consequentemente seus líderes e a imagem comercial da empresa. Falaremos sobre a história e a filosofia da Mascarini, desde sua fundação até os dias atuais, e seus procedimentos de manter os funcionários seguros. Ao pesquisarmos todas essa elaboração de trabalho conjunta com a segurança dos trabalhadores, percebemos que esta área não é algo de outro mundo e sim, uma coisa simples, e de muita relevância para a vida de todos que trabalham e frequentam a empresa. Porém, muitas empresas e funcionários se quer levam isso em consideração, colocando em risco a saúde e a vida de muitas pessoas ao seu redor. Palavras-chave: Segurança. Saúde. Trabalho.

We, with this project intend to show and exemplify the importance and the necessity of the ways of security in the work, by having how reference the Mascarini Company. We decided to talk about this subject, because, it is something that affects as well as directly as indirectly the yield and the life of the staff, and consequently their leaders and the commercial image of the Company. We will talk about the Mascarini‟s history and the philosophy, since your foundation until now, and their procedures keeping their staff safe. When we researched all this elaboration of joint work with the security of the staff, we realized that this area is not something uncommon, is something simple and with many relevance for all the people who work and attend the Company.
