| Abstract: | O objetivo deste
trabalho foi desenvolver um defumador artesanal,
como alternativa de transferência de tecnologia do
pescado, com uso de materiais não convencionais e
de fácil aquisição na região oeste do Pará, e
comparar o custo de produção com o de
defumadores similares comercializados. The objective of this work was to develop an artisanal smoker, as an alternative for technology transfer of fish, using unconventional materials that are easy to acquire in the western region of Pará, and to compare the production cost with that of similar smokers on the market. |
