A tecnologia Profibus e suas aplicações na fabricação de açúcar e etanol

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta o estudo realizado, visando as aplicações, vantagens e os benefícios com a implantação da tecnologia PROFIBUS na fabricação de Açúcar e Etanol. Foi apresentada uma breve introdução com características de outros protocolos industriais, para posterior aprofundamento do protocolo PROFIBUS. Este trabalho visa desmistificar as dúvidas encontradas no segmento quanto à escolha da melhor tecnologia à ser utilizada e seus eventuais retornos. Neste trabalho foi abordado um estudo de caso, onde realizou-se a migração de uma planta convencional 4-20mA HART, para a tecnologia PROFIBUS, tendo como finalidade, concretizar e definir, de forma clara e objetiva, que a opção escolhida trouxe grandes vantagens econômicas e administrativas para a empresa que adquiriu o sistema.

This work describes the study research, aiming at the applications, advantages and benefits with the implementation of PROFIBUS technology in the manufacture of the Sugar and Ethanol. Was presented to give a brief introduction of other features to further industrial protocols in choosing the PROFIBUS protocol. This paper aims to demystify the questions found in the segment on the choice of the best technology to be used and any returns. In this work was dealt a case study, which took place a migration plan conventional 4-20mA HART, for the PROFIBUS technology, with the purpose, deliver and define clearly and objectively, that the choice has greatly economic and administrative conditions for the company that purchased the system.
