Mapeamento da infraestrutura de rede do conservatório municipal de Cubatão-SP

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como tema o Mapeamento da infraestrutura de rede do Conservatório Municipal de Cubatão, com o objetivo de realizar o mapeamento da infraestrutura de rede no Conservatório Municipal de Cubatão por meio da análise da situação atual, identificando as características, condições e possíveis deficiências da rede existente. O trabalho foi incentivado através de discussões e ideias que foi fomentada pelo Professor Marcelo Batista Onuki através de projetos de manutenções nessa infraestrutura. A pesquisa utilizou múltiplas forma de metodologia para o desenvolvimento desse trabalho com base em análise prática, revisão bibliográfica e métodos qualitativos, buscando mapear a infraestrutura de rede do prédio, quanto verificar sobre as conformidades dessa estrutura com as normas regentes dessa aplicação. Foram realizadas três visitas técnicas presenciais entre o dia 8 a 22 de setembro com o Diretor da Escola de Música e Dança Fulvio Fusaro Caratin para que fosse possível coletar evidências e informações referente ao funcionamento e estrutura de rede. Toda a documentação foi organizada e criada seguindo os regimentos da Norma ABNT NBR 14565, que orienta sobre o desenvolvimento e melhores adequações para projetos desse escopo, Além de todas as orientações e conhecimentos adquiridos durante o curso técnico em informática. O projeto gerado através desse trabalho priorizou a utilização e demonstrar como está atual estrutura do conservatório além de, se necessário, demonstrar ajustes e melhorias que possam ser aplicadas. Diante de perguntas feito juntamente com o Diretor e coordenador Fulvio Fusaro Caratin foi possível identificar que o projeto tem grande aceitação e apoio e, como dito por ele, ''Se sente lisonjeado na utilização de sua escola''. Esse trabalho seguiu as normas e convenções da ABNT NBR 14565, contribuindo não só a promover uma melhoria na estrutura de rede do conservatório como auxiliar na visualização e mapeamento dos equipamentos, para complementar na manutenção, assim este projeto cumpre seu propósito ao oferecer uma visão estruturada e atualizada da rede, fornecendo subsídios para melhorias contínuas e fortalecendo a gestão tecnológica do Conservatório Municipal de Cubatão-SP.

This work focuses on mapping the network infrastructure of the Cubatão Municipal Conservatory, with the aim of mapping the network infrastructure at the Cubatão Municipal Conservatory by analyzing the current situation, identifying the characteristics, conditions, and possible deficiencies of the existing network. The work was encouraged through discussions and ideas promoted by Professor Marcelo Batista Onuki through maintenance projects on this infrastructure. The research used multiple forms of methodology for the development of this work based on practical analysis, bibliographic review, and qualitative methods, seeking to map the building's network infrastructure and verify the compliance of this structure with the governing standards for this application. Three technical visits were made between September 8 and 22 with the Director of the Fulvio Fusaro Caratin School of Music and Dance to collect evidence and information regarding the operation and structure of the network. All documentation was organized and created in accordance with the regulations of ABNT NBR 14565, which provides guidance on the development and best practices for projects of this scope, in addition to all the guidance and knowledge acquired during the technical course in computer science. The project generated through this work prioritized the use and demonstration of the conservatory's current structure, as well as, if necessary, demonstrating adjustments and improvements that could be applied. In response to questions asked together with the Director and Coordinator Fulvio Fusaro Caratin, it was possible to identify that the project has great acceptance and support and, as he said, "He feels flattered by the use of his school." This work followed the standards and conventions of ABNT NBR 14565, contributing not only to promoting an improvement in the conservatory's network structure but also assisting in the visualization and mapping of equipment to complement maintenance. thus fulfilling its purpose by offering a structured and updated view of the network, providing subsidies for continuous improvements and strengthening the technological management of the Municipal Conservatory of Cubatão-SP.
