| Abstract: | Este trabalho desenvolve um sistema projetado para auxiliar psicólogos no acompanhamento terapêutico de seus pacientes, abordando a crescente dependência dos dispositivos móveis como facilitadores de abertura e participação no processo terapêutico. O sistema conta com uma interface web em Next.js para os psicólogos, com funcionalidades de anotações, visualização de diários, envio de exercícios e um painel de emoções para análise detalhada dos pacientes. O aplicativo móvel em React Native permite aos pacientes registrarem emoções, manter um diário e visualizar atividades. Os métodos de desenvolvimento incluíram a análise dos requisitos, prototipagem e integração do banco de dados MySQL com uma API em Node.js. Os resultados indicaram um sistema eficaz e intuitivo, favorecendo uma comunicação assertiva e uma análise do estado emocional do paciente. As considerações finais destacam a aplicabilidade do sistema em outras áreas de saúde mental e sugerem aprimoramentos futuros para expandir suas funcionalidades |
| Description: | This work develops a system designed to assist psychologists in the therapeutic monitoring of their patients, addressing the growing dependence on mobile devices as facilitators of openness and participation in the therapeutic process. The system has a web interface in Next.js for psychologists, with features for taking notes, viewing diaries, sending exercises and an emotions panel for detailed analysis of patients. The React Native mobile app allows patients to record emotions, keep a diary and view activities. Development methods included requirements analysis, prototyping and integration of the MySQL database with an API in Node.js. The results indicated an effective and intuitive system, favoring assertive communication and an analysis of the patient's emotional state. Final considerations highlight the applicability of the system in other areas of mental health and suggest future improvements to expand its functionalities |
