Crimes de colarinho branco: os impactos na sociedade

Abstract

Os crimes de colarinho branco causam impactos prejudiciais ao desenvolvimento social e econômico do Brasil, pois vigora a impunidade para os agentes, que, na sua maioria, são indivíduos aristocratas. Os danos causados por estes delitos geram um cenário de instabilidade econômica. Consecutivamente, geram também problemas sociais pela escassez de dinheiro. Por outro lado, muitas pessoas não têm conhecimento sobre a corrupção e semelhanças, dificultando ainda mais as denúncias ou o entendimento de como agir diante do problema. Para isso, no desenvolvimento desse trabalho, foi utilizado o sistema analítico-sintético, ou seja, com base em dados é que foram tiradas as conclusões. Além disso, o método dedutivo foi de suma notoriedade para a abordagem histórica do crime, para discutir o tratamento antigo e o atual, a fim de que os criminosos possam ser punidos de forma coerente e as leis sejam mais eficientes, e assim contribuir com a evolução no corpo social e na nação. Os objetivos discutidos enfatizaram-se na situação nacional e suas consequências na sociedade. Com isso, este trabalho busca entender o que são os crimes de colarinho branco, como atuam na comunidade vigente e os impactos originados por este delito. Para isso, foi preciso, aprofundar-se no conhecimento sobre os crimes de colarinho branco no Brasil. O resultado esperado é a garantia de aplicações de leis que venham punir esses agentes criminosos, trazendo assim, uma economia estável para o país e, consequentemente, a proteção de uma sociedade que se fere por estes atos, além de certificar os direitos constitucionais previstos na Constituição Federal de 1988. ABSTRACT White-collar crimes have a detrimental impact on Brazil's social and economic development, as the perpetrators, most of whom are aristocratic individuals, remain unpunished. The damage caused by these crimes creates a scenario of economic instability. Consequently, they also generate social problems due to the lack of money. On the other hand, many people are unaware of corruption and its similarities, making it even more difficult to report it or understand how to deal with the problem. To this end, the analytical-synthetic system was used in the development of this work, that is, conclusions were drawn based on data. In addition, the deductive method was extremely well-known for the historical approach to crime, to discuss past and current treatment, so that criminals can be punished coherently and laws can be more efficient, thus contributing to the evolution of society and the nation. nglês The objectives discussed emphasized the national situation and its consequences on society. With this, this work seeks to understand what white-collar crimes are, how they act in the current community and the impacts caused by this crime. To this end, it was necessary to deepen the knowledge about white-collar crimes in Brazil. The expected result is the guarantee of application of laws that punish these criminal agents, thus bringing a stable economy to the country and, consequently, the protection of a society that is harmed by these acts, in addition to certifying the constitutional rights provided for in the Federal Constitution of 1988.
