Campo de visão do repasse das verbas públicas nas instituições escolares do Ensino Médio

Abstract

O tema intitulado “O campo de visão do repasse das verbas públicas nas instituições escolares do ensino médio” refere-se à necessidade de garantir transparência, eficiência e equidade na distribuição desses recursos. O objetivo deste artigo é compreender como essas verbas são destinadas dentro do ambiente escolar, e se as mesmas são ou não suficientes para suprir as necessidades mensais existentes no ambiente escolar. Para que pudéssemos assim aprofundar conhecimentos desenvolvemos também um questionário contendo 10 (dez) questões de múltipla escolha e dissertativas, que foram respondidas por meio da plataforma Google Forms e que foram levantados os questionamentos junto a diretores de algumas instituições de ensino com a finalidade de nos auxiliar na compreensão e no desenvolvimento do presente trabalho, além disso, utilizamos também pesquisa bibliográfica para aprofundamento de conhecimento e estudos sobre repasses de verbas públicas. No final deste trabalho pretendemos ter um campo de visão melhor de quando iniciamos essa investigação, pois acreditamos que é um assunto importante e essencial não somente para os dirigentes, mas também para todos aqueles que se encontram ou não inseridos no ambiente escolar e que queiram compreender um pouco mais sobre o funcionamento, destinação e utilização dos recursos vindos por meio público para as instituições escolares do Ensino Médio.

The theme entitled “The field of vision of the transfer of public funds in secondary school institutions” refers to the need to guarantee transparency, efficiency and equity in the distribution of these resources. The objective of this article is to understand how these funds are allocated within the school environment, and whether or not they are sufficient to meet the monthly needs existing in the school environment. So that we could deepen our knowledge, we also developed a questionnaire containing 10 (ten) multiple-choice and essay questions, which were answered through the Google Forms platform and questions were raised with directors of some educational institutions with the purpose of assist in the understanding and development of this work, in addition, we also use bibliographical research to deepen knowledge and studies on the transfer of public funds. At the end of this work we intend to have a better field of vision when we started this investigation, as we believe that it is an important and essential subject not only for leaders, but also for all those who are or are not involved in the school environment and who want to understand a little more about the operation, allocation and use of resources provided by public means to secondary education institutions.
