Abstract

A sociedade precisa ser orientada sobre a necessidade de todos os indivíduos desenvolverem hábitos saudáveis que agreguem em seus condicionamentos físicos. Com esse propósito é que surgiu o site da academia Saúde e Cia, o qual se preocupa em garantir o bem-estar de seus clientes, que buscam mudar as suas qualidades de vida para melhor. No trabalho elaborado foi apresentado informações referentes a academia Saúde e Cia, que desempenha a finalidade de contribuir para o bem-estar social, com: aulas, equipamentos e profissionais qualificados, os quais proporcionam condições favoráveis para conquistar a melhoria do estilo de vivência da humanidade. A apresentação tem por objetivo colaborar com a conscientização dos indivíduos a respeito da importância de adquirirem hábitos saudáveis. Essa iniciativa envolveu várias pesquisas e contribuições informacionais da própria academia. Promovendo a disponibilização de dados referentes ao edifício, o qual contribui com o bem-estar da sociedade, formando pessoas responsáveis na procura de atitudes saudáveis. O site possui várias ferramentas que auxiliam o usuário a buscar informações sobre a academia, como: Home, Mobilidades sendo: o Muay Thai Fitness, Jiu Jitsu e Musculação, aulas, Treinos e Contato. A plataforma possui várias ilustrações que mostram ao usuário interessado na sua saúde, sobre as mobilidades, instrumentos e o local de treino, possibilitando tornar indivíduos conhecedores dos recursos presentes na instituição, a qual foi planejada com o intuito de beneficiar os seres humanos por meio das mudanças em suas disposições físicas. ABSTRACT Society needs to be guided about the need for all individuals to develop healthy habits that add to their physical fitness. For this purpose, the Saúde e Cia academy website was created, which is concerned with ensuring the well-being of its clients, who seek to change their quality of life for the better. In the work prepared, information was presented regarding the Saúde e Cia academy, which serves the purpose of contributing to social well-being, with: classes, equipment and qualified professionals, which provide favorable conditions to achieve an improvement in humanity's lifestyle. . The presentation aims to help raise awareness among individuals about the importance of acquiring healthy habits. This initiative involved several research and informational contributions from the academy itself. Promoting the availability of data relating to the building, which contributes to the well-being of society, training responsible people in the search for healthy attitudes. The website has several tools that help the user search for information about the gym, such as: Home, Mobility, including: Muay Thai Fitness, Jiu Jitsu and Bodybuilding, classes, Training and Contact. The platform has several illustrations that show the user interested in their health, about mobility, instruments and the training location, making it possible to make individuals aware of the resources present in the institution, which was planned with the aim of benefiting human beings through changes in their physical dispositions.
