O uso de agrotóxico e as decorrências na produção e comercialização de alimentos no Brasil

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo reunir informações sobre os benefícios e malefícios acerca do uso dos agrotóxicos, procurar entender como age os órgãos responsáveis pelo processo liberatório desses produtos no cenário político atual, reunindo e apresentando as opiniões de vários setores da sociedade, tanto os que defendem quanto os que criminalizam o uso, e quais as razões de tais comportamentos, qual o impacto econômico gerado nas exportações do país e por fim tentar chegar a conclusão sobre a importância e qual seria a utilização ideal, tanto na quantidade, quanto na qualidade para que não haja prejuízos significativos, tanto para o produtor quanto para a saúde do consumidor. Dessa forma poder proporcionar ao interessado no assunto um panorama geral das responsabilidades de cada um dos evolvidos na empreitada de garantir a segurança alimentar de muitas pessoas mundo afora.

This work aims to gather information about the benefits and harms about the use of pesticides, try to understand how the agencies responsible for the release process of these products act in the current political scenario, gathering and presenting the opinions of various sectors of society, both those who defend and those who criminalize the use, and what are the reasons for such behavior, what is the economic impact on exports from the country and finally try to reach a conclusion on the importance and what would be the ideal use, both in quantity and quality so that there are no significant losses, both for the producer and the consumer's health. In this way, we can provide those interested in the subject with an overview of the responsibilities of each of those involved in the endeavor to ensure food safety for many people around the world.
