| Abstract: | O projeto discutido aborda a importância da saúde mental no ambiente de trabalho e propõe ações
dentro do setor de Recursos Humanos (RH) para promover o bem-estar psicológico dos
colaboradores. A proposta é que, ao cuidar da saúde mental dos funcionários, as empresas podem
melhorar tanto o desempenho pessoal quanto profissional, impactando positivamente nos resultados
organizacionais e na cultura da empresa. The project discussed focuses on the importance of mental health in the workplace and proposes actions within the Human Resources (HR) department to promote employees' psychological well-being. The proposal is that by taking care of employees' mental health, companies can improve both personal and professional performance, positively impacting organizational results and company culture. |
