Abstract: | O empreendedorismo feminino aumentou constantemente no Brasil e no mundo
durante os séculos 20 e 21, com empresas de propriedade de mulheres aumentando
desde 1997. Mulheres empreendedoras que organizam e gerenciam uma empresa e
como problematização, a seguinte pergunta é essencial e norteadora para este
estudo: Como as mulheres podem atuar mais no empreendedorismo no Brasil?
Considerando todo este contexto, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar as principais
estratégias do empreendedorismo feminino na gestão de pessoas e no
planejamento de negócio para uma vantagem competitiva. Esse estudo é
exploratório com abordagem qualitativo tendo como base uma pesquisa
bibliográfica, dispondo de autores conceituados na área, juntamente com
levantamento de cases de empresas. Espera-se auxiliar empreendedoras na
melhoria de seus negócios, apresentando assim alguns princípios e estratégias de
gestão de sucesso. Ao final, constatou-se que mulheres líderes estão crescendo e
promovendo uma gestão diversificada causando mudanças positivas e significativas.
