A utilização da semente do girassol e subprodutos na saúde humana

Abstract

O presente trabalho busca desenvolver uma reflexão acerca da análise das potencialidades da cultura do girassol e sua utilização nas diversas formas no consumo humano, por meio de uma revisão da literatura, O levantamento da temática e decorrente análise realizou-se através da utilização das plataformas de artigos científicos, SciELO e o Google Acadêmico. Por todas as perspectivas apresentados no decorrer deste trabalho, pode-se concluir que o girassol está conseguindo manter-se estável no mercado, apresentando crescimento ano a ano. A cultura do girassol deverá continuar a expandir-se no mercado, procurando mais formas de inovar seus produtos, com o objetivo de conquistar ainda mais mercados.

The present work seeks to develop a reflection about the analysis of the potential of the sunflower crop and its use in different ways in human consumption, through a literature review. The survey of the theme and resulting analysis was carried out through the use of platforms for scientific articles, SciELO and Google Scholar. From all the perspectives presented in the course of this work, it can be concluded that sunflower is managing to remain stable in the market, showing year-to-year growth. The sunflower crop should continue to expand in the market, looking for more ways to innovate its products, with the objective of conquering even more markets.
