| Abstract: | Resumo O mundo passou por uma grande crise e mudanças neste último ano por conta da pandemia do COVID-19. Milhares de pessoas tiveram que se adaptar e viver conforme a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) orientou: distanciamento social, uso de máscaras, passar álcool em gel e, quem puder, ficar em casa. Estas orientações fizeram com que escolas e serviços se adaptassem a nova realidade e se reformulassem para que pudessem continuar operando. Os serviços passaram a optar pelo home-office e as escolas e faculdades pelo EAD, ambos realizam, agora, as tarefas a distância utilizando uma determinada plataforma digital. Com isso, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal estudar o nível de satisfação dos alunos com a mudança das aulas presenciais para as aulas online na Fatec Itaquaquecetuba de Gestão Comercial, através do método de pesquisa qualitativa, entrevistando os alunos em um questionário sobre satisfação. Sendo assim, a pesquisa tem como finalidade apresentar o nível de satisfação com a mudança da aula presencial para a aula online, verificar o desempenho dos alunos com as aulas online e apontar as tendências diante do resultado da pesquisa. | Description: | Abstract The world has gone through a great crisis and changes in this last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of people had to adapt and live as the World Health Organization (WHO) advised: social distancing, use of masks, using gel alcohol and, whoever can, stay at home. These guidelines made schools and services adapt to the new reality and reformulate themselves so that they could continue operating. Services started to opt for the home-office and schools and colleges for EAD, both now carry out tasks remotely using a certain digital platform. Thus, the main objective of this work is to study the level of student satisfaction with the change from classroom to online classes at Fatec Itaquaquecetuba of Commercial Management, through the qualitative research method, interviewing students in a satisfaction questionnaire. Thus, the research aims to present the level of satisfaction with the change from classroom to online classes, to verify student performance with online classes and to point out trends based on the survey results.
