Music season

Abstract

O presente trabalho objetivou identificar e descrever as etapas de um evento de música de pequeno porte promovido no Phoenix Boliche, assim no que se refere ao planejamento, organização e execução do evento, de forma a evidenciar as formas de organização, a equipe responsável, o espaço físico necessário, o público alvo e o processo de avaliação do evento. A Music Season será um evento anual promovido pela Phoenix Boliche, destinado aos jovens e seus familiares. Os instrumentos utilizados para a coleta de dados foram análise documental e entrevistas semiestrutradas com membros da comissão organizadora e da comissão de avaliação do evento. Os resultados obtidos foram analisados tendo como base a revisão bibliográfica realizada. Na sua programação consta músicas com aspectos culturais e regionais

The present work aimed to identify and describe the stages of a small music event promoted at the Phoenix Bowl, in terms of the planning, organization and execution of the event, in order to highlight the forms of organization, the team responsible, the necessary physical space, the target audience and the evaluation process of the event. The Music Season will be an annual event sponsored by Phoenix Bowling, aimed at young people and their families. The instruments used for data collection were documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews with members of the organizing committee and the evaluation committee of the event. The results obtained were analyzed based on the literature review. In its programming there are songs with cultural and regional aspects
