This article explains in an explanatory way the difference between the fats available for consumption and the risks and benefits of consuming them and which ones should be avoided. The work is justified by presenting the benefits of using omega 3 and 6 because they are essential nutrients that the body is unable to produce. The goal is to prepare a sweet recipe based on grains rich in ω3 and ω6, such as chia and quinoa. The method used was the facial hedonic scale, where the testers express their opinion about the recipe developed "Biphasic Creamy". The results showed that most of the judges, being 91%, indicated in the requirements I loved or liked, and only 9% indicated in the requirements indifferent or disliked. Therefore, it is concluded that regular consumption of omegas is completely beneficial to the health of the human body, preventing various diseases. The developed recipe obtained a great acceptance being thus a good option to include in the feeding since besides possessing omega 3 and 6 contains great percentage of dietary fiber.
