Abstract

O mercado de organização de eventos está em continuo crescimento e quem atua nesse ramo fica responsável por garantir o bom andamento da festa, cerimônias, concertos musicais, feiras e acontecimentos esportivos, desde o seu inicio até o término (incluindo também o pós-evento). Organizar e produzir eventos são trabalhos intensos que exige do profissional atenção aos mínimos detalhes, para que tudo esteja de acordo com o planejado e funcione conforme o esperado. A configuração do processo logístico em eventos estabelece a relação física entre várias atividades. No entanto, este procedimento não é tão simples, pois um simples erro pode levar a sérios problemas na utilização dos locais, e consequentemente causar custos altíssimos. Para evitar tudo isto é necessário realizar um estudo, encontrando o melhor planeamento. Este trabalho apresenta meios que facilitam a elaboração e realização do gerenciamento de espaço, mostrando ferramentas adequadas para realizar de forma eficácia esses eventos, garantindo assim a satisfação do seu público alvo. The event organization market is in continuous growth and chin acts in this branch, is responsible for ensuring the good progress of the party, ceremonies, musical concerts, fairs and sporting events, from the beginning to the end (including also the post-event ). A configuration of the logistic process in events establishes the physical relation between several activities. However, it is not so simple, because a simple error can lead to serious problems in the use of the premises, and consequently cause extremely high costs. To avoid all that is necessary to carry out a study, finding the best planning. This work presents means that facilitate the elaboration and realization of the space management, showing adequate tools to realize the effectiveness of the events, thus guaranteeing the satisfaction of its public target.
