Juribot: chat bot de orientação jurídica

Abstract

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo apresentar o JuriBot, um chatbot jurídico projetado para democratizar o acesso à informação legal básica e oferecer orientação inicial para cidadãos que enfrentam dificuldades na compreensão de seus direitos. O projeto surge da necessidade observada no contexto social brasileiro, onde grande parte da população não compreende termos jurídicos essenciais, desconhece seus direitos fundamentais e não possui clareza sobre como acessar serviços públicos, especialmente os voltados à justiça gratuita. A desigualdade no acesso à justiça se manifesta por meio da burocracia, da linguagem técnica utilizada em documentos oficiais e da falta de iniciativa governamental em promover materiais acessíveis para indivíduos com baixa escolaridade ou pouca familiaridade com ambientes digitais. O JuriBot foi desenvolvido como uma ferramenta tecnológica social, criada para atuar como uma ponte entre o cidadão e o conhecimento jurídico, oferecendo respostas rápidas, claras e confiáveis, sem substituir a atuação profissional de advogados ou da Defensoria Pública. O desenvolvimento baseou-se em pesquisa exploratória, análise bibliográfica, prototipagem e modelagem de software. O JuriBot foi concebido como ferramenta educativa e de apoio social, não substituindo profissionais do Direito, mas oferecendo ao cidadão um ponto de partida confiável e acessível.

This Final Course Project aims to present JuriBot, a legal-oriented chatbot designed to democratize access to basic legal information and provide initial guidance to citizens who face difficulties understanding their rights. The project emerges from the social reality observed in Brazil, where a significant portion of the population struggles with essential legal terminology, lacks awareness of their fundamental rights, and is often unfamiliar with how to access public services, particularly those related to free legal assistance. Inequality in access to justice is reinforced by excessive bureaucracy, the technical language commonly found in official documents, and the insufficient governmental efforts to offer accessible informational materials for individuals with low educational levels or limited digital literacy. JuriBot was developed as a social and technological tool intended to act as a bridge between citizens and legal knowledge, delivering quick, clear, and reliable responses without replacing the professional work of lawyers or the Public Defender’s Office. The development of the project was based on exploratory research, bibliographic analysis, prototyping, and software modeling. JuriBot was conceived as an educational and socially supportive tool, not as a substitute for legal professionals, but as an accessible and reliable starting point for citizens seeking initial guidance and understanding of their legal rights
