dc.description.abstractRESUMO Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso apresenta o desenvolvimento de um sistema de agendamento para a Barbearia da Garagem, localizada no município de Mongaguá. A barbearia, tem problemas no agendamento dos serviços, já que este processo é feito manualmente, tornando-se complicado quando tem muitos clientes para atender e vários barbeiros para trabalhar. Desta forma, com a implementação de um projeto de sistema informatizado que visa otimizar esse processo e organizar o serviço no dia a dia da barbearia de maneira segura e com eficiência. dc.description.abstractABSTRACT This Final Course Work presents the development of a scheduling system for the Garagem Barber Shop, located in the municipality of Mongaguá. The barber shop has problems scheduling services, since this process is done manually, becoming complicated when there are many customers to serve and several barbers to work. Therefore, with the implementation of a computerized system project that aims to optimize this process and organize the service in the day-to-day of the barber shop in a safe and efficient manner.
