Abstract

O setor jurídico, em especial o trabalho dos advogados particulares, é um assunto difícil e pouco falado, mas que muitas pessoas precisam e, pela escassez de informação, não encontram o profissional ideal que seja compatível com suas necessidades. Observa-se uma grande falta de divulgação dos advogados e seus serviços, por isso o iLawyer tem a proposta de facilitar essa busca através de informações, como os serviços que eles podem oferecem, com filtros de especialidade e região, agendamento de reuniões e troca de arquivos relevantes, ajudando esses profissionais a conquistarem novos clientes, e, as pessoas, a encontrarem o advogado que elas precisam, tendo seus casos resolvidos da melhor forma possível, oferecendo isso dentro do aplicativo. O levantamento e coleta de dados se deram através de entrevistas com os advogados da empresa AC Advocacia, mas a solução desenvolvida pode ser utilizada por outros escritórios ou profissionais da mesma área. O resultado se mostrou satisfatório, pois facilita a divulgação dos serviços prestados pelos advogados cadastrados e ajuda o cliente a encontrar o advogado adequado para sua demanda.

The legal sector, especially the work of private lawyers, is a difficult and little talked about subject, but one that many people need and, due to the lack of information, cannot find the ideal professional who is compatible with their needs. There is a great lack of disclosure of lawyers and their services, which is why iLawyer proposes to facilitate this search through information, such as the services they can offer, with specialty and region filters, scheduling of meetings and exchange of relevant files, helping these professionals to gain new clients, and people to find the lawyer they need, having their cases resolved in the best possible way, offering it within the app. The survey and data collection took place through interviews with AC Advocacia lawyers, but the developed solution can be used by other offices or professionals in the same area. The result proved to be satisfactory, as it facilitates the dissemination of the services provided by registered lawyers and helps the client to find the right lawyer for his or her demand.
