| Abstract: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar o desenvolvimento de uma bancada de manutenção e pintura, utilizando a adaptação de um compressor, uma estrutura de bancada e um sistema de pintura eficiente e seguro. A pesquisa abrange desde os conceitos do processo de pintura até a manutenção e restauração do compressor de ar, seguindo as normas regulamentadoras. O projeto considera aspectos técnicos, ergonômicos e ambientais, visando melhorar a qualidade do acabamento, a segurança dos operadores e a sustentabilidade do processo industrial. |
| Description: | This work aims to present the development of a maintenance and painting bench, utilizing the adaptation of a compressor, a bench structure, and an efficient and safe painting system. The research covers everything from the concepts of the painting process to the maintenance and restoration of the air compressor, following regulatory standards. The project considers technical, ergonomic, and environmental aspects, aiming to improve the quality of the finish, the safety of the operators, and the sustainability of the industrial process. |
