Implementação do serviço de terapia capilar no salão de beleza Rafael Fegueredo - Beauty Lounge, estratégias e benefícios para o crescimento empresarial

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as necessidades dos clientes e mostrar a oportunidade de implantação do serviço de terapia capilar no salão de beleza, Rafael Fegueredo- Beauty Lounge, localizado no municipio de Praia Grande/SP. Para tanto foi conduzido um estudo exploratório-qualitativo junto com 35 clientes. Os resultados revelam uma ótima aceitação e uma crescente procura por cuidados especializados com o couro cabeludo e a necessidade em melhorar saúde capilar. A estratégia foi se especializar em terapia capilar para acrescentar essa inovação para aumentar o rendimento empresarial do salão. Identificou-se que a terapia capilar pode ser um diferencial significativo para os salões, atraindo novos clientes e aumentando a fidelização dos existentes. As principais estratégias incluem treinamento especializado da equipe, equipamentos especializados com uso de lad e vapor de ozônio e a adequação da infraestrutura para o atendimento especializado. Além disso, os benefícios empresariais incluem aumento da receita, melhoria na imagem do salão e expansão do portfólio de serviços. As contribuições deste estudo reforçam a importância da inovação contínua no setor de beleza e bem-estar, sugerindo que a inclusão de serviços de alta qualidade, como a terapia capilar, gerando impactos positivos tanto na satisfação dos clientes quanto no crescimento empresarial dos salões de beleza.

This article aims to analyze the needs of customers and show the opportunity to implement the hair therapy service in the beauty salon, Rafael Fegueredo - Beauty Lounge, located in the municipality of Praia Grande/SP. To this end, an exploratory study was conducted - qualitative together with 35 customers. The results reveal great acceptance and a growing demand for specialized scalp care and the need to improve hair health. The strategy was to specialize in hair therapy to add this innovation to improve the salon's business performance. It was identified that hair therapy can be a significant differentiator for salons, attracting new customers and increasing loyalty among existing ones. The main strategies include specialized team training, specialized equipment using lad and ozone vapor and the adaptation of infrastructure for specialized service. Additionally, business benefits include increased revenue, improved salon image and expanded service portfolio. The contributions of this study reinforce the importance of continuous innovation in the beauty and wellness sector, suggesting that the inclusion of high-quality services, such as hair therapy, generating positive impacts on both customer satisfaction and the business growth of beauty salons .
