Franquia como opção de empreendedorismo

Abstract

O espírito de empreendedorismo e o modelo de franquias estão cada vez mais difundidos na sociedade e muitos estão aderindo a estes métodos. Ambos ajudam de diversas maneiras no local onde estão inseridos, como: no crescimento econômico, geração de novos empregos, incentivo a novas formas de empreendimento, crescimento do setor de atuação etc. O objetivo deste trabalho foi de desmitificar o que vem a ser a prática de empreender e como o modelo de franquias pode ajudar nesse quesito. Portanto, foi analisado o que vem a ser empreendedorismo, a figura do empreendedor e quais as características que este precisa ter para ser bem sucedido etc. Com relação ao sistema de franquias, foi analisado onde surgiu tal sistema, como surgiu, suas vantagens e desvantagens, os tramites necessários para se aderir a este sistema, qual a sua relação com o ato de empreender etc. Para este trabalho, foram utilizado fontes de caráter bibliográfico (livros, sites, artigos científicos, dissertações etc). Foi de caráter qualitativo, pois foi descritiva e buscou compreender a relação existente entre o empreendedorismo com o sistema de franquias. Também foi analisado franquias que deram certo e deram errado, para que a teoria fosse demonstrada na prática, mostrando as dificuldades e também os benefícios de se aderir a este sistema. A conclusão do trabalho sem dúvida foi positiva, já que forneceu um panorâma geral do que é empreendedorismo, franquias, como os dois se relacionam etc. E o que foi considerado na teoria ser colocado na prática, através da análise dos estudos de caso.

The spirit of entrepreneurship and the franchise model are increasingly widespread in society and many are adhering to these methods. Both help in various ways in the place where they are inserted, such as: economic growth, generation of new jobs, incentive to new forms of entrepreneurship, growth of the sector of action, etc. The objective of this work was to demystify what is the practice of undertaking and how the model of franchises can help in this matter. Therefore, it was analyzed what comes to be entrepreneurship, the figure of the entrepreneur and what characteristics he needs to have to be successful etc. With regard to the franchise system, it was analyzed where such a system arose, as it appeared, its advantages and disadvantages, the necessary procedures to adhere to this system, what is its relation to the act of undertaking etc. For this work, bibliographic sources (books, websites, scientific articles, dissertations, etc.;) were used. It was qualitative, since it was descriptive and sought to understand the relationship between entrepreneurship and the franchise system. Also analyzed were franchises that worked and went wrong, so that the theory was demonstrated in practice, showing the difficulties and also the benefits of adhering to this system. The conclusion of the work was undoubtedly positive, since it provided an overview of what entrepreneurship, franchising, how the two relate, and so on. And what was considered in theory to be put into practice, through the analysis of the case studies.
