Os benefícios do home office na área secretarial.

Abstract

O home office é o nome dado ao módulo de trabalho onde o profissional trabalha à distância, em sua casa. Tendo origem em 1857 nos EUA e surgindo oficialmente no Brasil por volta de 1997, porém, tendo seu ápice durante a pandemia de COVID-19, onde as pessoas tiveram que ficar em isolamento. Para compreender melhor a eficiência do home office foram realizadas pesquisas envolvendo várias pessoas e empresas, tendo assim resultados mostrando os benefícios e maléficos desse modelo de trabalho. Sendo assim, após a grande utilização do home office foi observado que para a maior parte das empresas o home office obteve um bom resultado, porém, ainda sim, atualmente este formato de trabalho está em decadência. Abstract The home office is the name given to the work module where the professional works from a distance, at home. Originating in 1857 in the USA and officially appearing in Brazil around 1997, however, having its apex during the COVID-19 pandemic, where people had to be in isolation. To better understand the efficiency of the home office, research was carried out involving several people and companies, thus having results showing the benefits and harms of this work model. Therefore, after the great use of the home office, it was observed that for most companies the home office obtained a good result, however, even so, this work format is currently in decline.
