Abstract: | O presente artigo relata na qual é importante o uso das softs skills e hard skills na carreira do profissional de secretariado, construir uma interface que estabeleça essas habilidades para o dia a dia do secretário. Com propósito de apresentar o conceito de cada uma, do que se trata, como dominar essas aptidões, os seus objetivos e evoluções para a área secretarial, envolvendo comportamento socioemocionais que auxilia e facilita nos conflitos internos e externos dentro na área, por tanto, as empresas buscam no qualificado essas competências técnicas e comportamentais. O projeto também abordará orientações para demonstrar essas qualidades que podem ser vistas como traços de personalidade e devem ser trabalhadas e estudadas constantemente para que o desenvolvimento seja contínuo. Comprovar através de pesquisas os benefícios da aplicabilidade dessas ferramentas para o capacitado no ramo do secretariado.

ABSTRACT
This article reports on the importance of using soft skills and hard skills in the secretarial professional's career, building an interface that establishes these skills for the secretary's day-to-day. With the purpose of presenting the concept of each one, what it is about, how to master these skills, their objectives and evolution for the secretarial area, involving socio-emotional behavior that helps and facilitates internal and external conflicts within the area, therefore, the companies look for these technical and behavioral skills in qualified people. The project will also address guidelines to demonstrate these qualities that can be seen as personality traits and must be worked on and studied constantly so that development is continuous. Prove through research the benefits of the applicability of these tools for those trained in the secretariat field.
