Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo é analisar e criar um comércio varejista de autopeças na cidade de Morro Agudo, sob a importância que vem adquirindo esse setor nos últimos anos, das estratégias de negócios que os lojistas vêm utilizando para fazerem frente a este crescimento e expansão do setor. Pensando nisso, tivemos a ideia de criar a M.A. Autopeças. A M.A. Auto Peças é uma empresa especializada em peças para linha pesada, para veículos que são movidos a diesel, que podem ser tais como: Caminhões, vans, caminhonetes e ônibus. A empresa trabalha com as marcas nacionais e importadas como: Volare, Volkswagen, Fiat, Nissan, Iveco, Kia Motors, Renault, Toyota, Chevrolet, Ford, Volvo, Dodge, Mercedes Benz, Hyundai e Mitsubishi. As principais peças que são comercializadas pela empresa são: Freio: Pastilhas, lonas, arrebites para lona, pinos, travas, parafusos de roda, porcas de roda, entre outros. Câmbio: Juntas, válvulas, reparos para válvulas, terminais de cambio, filtros, entre outros. Diferencial: Juntas, flanges, garfos, luvas entre outros. Motor: Juntas, óleo lubrificante, parafusos, filtros, retentores, rolamentos, entre outros. Suspensão: molas, amortecedores, terminais de direção, pivô de direção, juntas elásticas, entre outros. A empresa fica localizada no bairro Cidade Nova, onde está localizado o Distrito Industrial da cidade de Morro Agudo, no estado de São Paulo.

The main parts that are sold by the company are: Brake: Pads, tarpaulins, tarpaulin rivets, pins, locks, wheel bolts, wheel nuts, among others. Exchange: Gaskets, valves, valve repairs, exchange terminals, filters, among others. Differential: Gaskets, flanges, forks, sleeves, among others. Engine: Gaskets, lubricating oil, screws, filters, retainers, bearings, among others. Suspension: springs, shock absorbers, steering terminals, steering pivot, elastic joints, among others. The company is located in the Cidade Nova neighborhood, where the Industrial District of the city of Morro Agudo, in the state of São Paulo, is located.
