Abstract

O expressivo crescimento da crise econômica e paralisação por conta da pandemia, causada pela COVID-19, que diversas nações se encontram, afetou principalmente o setor de eventos em geral, fazendo com que as instituições começassem a realizar os mesmos na modalidade online, por meio de lives ou afins. Porém, em muitas vezes, a instituição conta com pouca ou nenhuma forma de divulgação da venda de seus ingressos, ou quando grátis, do alcance ao público interessado no mesmo. O objetivo desse trabalho é criar um web site com foco na divulgação de eventos (assistenciais ou comerciais). Se for um evento gratuito ou de ajuda humanitária, fazer a divulgação, quando pago, venda de ingressos dos eventos realizados tanto online, quanto presencial. Um estudo sobre as plataformas digitais de eventos foi realizado com dois sites, para identificar suas principais características e funcionalidades, os autores dividiram a pesquisas em três passos. O Primeiro passo analisou como o layout do site foi montado para atender os usuários, no segundo passo os autores compreenderam as funcionalidades da plataforma para que sejam feitas implementações e ajustes no projeto, na terceira parte organizaram as informações pesquisadas para analisarem e determinarem o que será implementado e o diferencial do projeto. Quatro questões principais foram levantadas com base nos estudos, elas foram palestras educativas, shows musicais, encontros esportivos e apresentações sobre tecnologia. Portanto, será abordado a questão da doação, cadastrando ao invés de um valor de venda, uma forma de doação/colaboração, voltando assim, o Web site para eventos de caridade com foco em instituições e ONGs, além dos comumente realizados.

The significant growth of the economic crisis and stoppage due to the pandemic, caused by COVID-19, which several nations are in, mainly affected the events sector in general, causing institutions to start holding them online, through of lives or similar. However, in many cases, the institution has little or no way of publicizing the sale of its tickets, or, when free, of reaching the interested public. The objective of this paper is to create a website focused on the dissemination of events (assistance or commercial). If it is a free event or humanitarian aid, promote, when paid, ticket sales of events held both online and in person. A study on digital event platforms was carried out with two websites, in order to identify their main features and functionalities, the authors divided the research into three steps. The first step analyzed how the site layout was set up to serve users, in the second step the authors understood the platform's functionalities so that implementations and adjustments to the project are made, in the third step they organized the researched information to analyze and determine what will be implemented and the differential of the project. Four main issues were raised based on the studies, they were educational lectures, music concerts, sports meetings, and technology presentations. Therefore, the issue of donation will be addressed, registering instead of a sale value, a form of donation/collaboration, thus returning the website to charity events focused on institutions and NGOs, in addition to those commonly held.
