dc.description.abstractAnalisando e considerando as dificuldades e falta de tempo para o preparo das refeições das crianças e a busca atual por uma alimentação mais saudável, rica em alimentos frescos e orgânicos. Foi realizado uma pesquisa através de um questionário quantitativo se os pais ou responsáveis pelas crianças preparam os alimentos infantis com vegetais orgânicos. Foram desenvolvidas 18 questões na qual foram aplicadas através de meio eletrônico com 104 participantes na cidade de Marília e a divulgação foi feita em grupos na mídia social. Nos resultados da pesquisa foram utilizados os métodos estatísticos médias e porcentagens. Dentre todos os entrevistados a maioria representava o sexo feminino com 93% a 6,7% masculino. Com relação ao parentesco com a criança em questão 77,8% eram mães e estiveram presentes na elaboração da alimentação das crianças e foi indicado que 67,3% trabalhavam fora de casa, enquanto 22,1% tem seu tempo integral dedicado ao lar, e somente 10,6% exerce atividade dentro do lar. Em relação aos alimentos orgânicos, grande parte dos entrevistados 49%, utiliza esporadicamente, e 24% utilizam com maior frequência nas refeições das crianças, indicando que esses alimentos orgânicos no mercado são bem aceitos, o que contribui com uma alimentação melhor e mais saudável para as crianças desde cedo. ABSTRACT: Analyzing and considering the difficulties and lack of time to prepare children's meals and the current search for a healthier diet, rich in fresh and organic foods. A survey was carried out through a quantitative questionnaire if parents or guardians of children prepare children's food with organic vegetables. 18 questions were developed, which were applied electronically with 104 participants in the city of Marília and the dissemination was made in groups on social media. In the research results, mean and percentage statistical methods were used. Among all respondents, the majority were female, with 93% to 6.7% being male. Regarding the kinship with the child in question, 77.8% were mothers and were present in the preparation of the children's food and it was indicated that 67.3% worked outside the home, while 22.1% have their full time dedicated to the home, and only 10.6% work at home. Regarding organic foods, most of the interviewees, 49%, use it sporadically, and 24% use it more often in children's meals, indicating that these organic foods are well accepted in the market, which contributes to a better and healthier diet for children. children from an early age.-
