Segurança na armazenagem e no manuseio dos fogos de artificio

Abstract

A presente pesquisa trata-se de um estudo que analisou o armazenamento dos fogos de artifícios em pequenos estabelecimentos comerciais localizados no Munícipio de Jundiai, Estado de São Paulo, onde percebeu-se que há irregularidade no que tange as obrigatoriedades da Legislação Brasileira, pois nem sempre são atendidas em sua totalidade, já que cabe aos estabelecimentos comerciais, possuir para comercialização, o alvará de funcionamento, certificações emitidas pela Polícia Civil, Prefeitura e Corpo de Bombeiros. Assim, verificou-se grande dificuldade dos estabelecimento em obter as certificações, devido a morosidade e ao custo dos órgãos envolvidos nesse processo, além da ausência em treinamentos específicos para o comercio, que inclui o manuseio e a armazenagem dos explosivos. Outro aspecto relevante quanto ao resultado da pesquisa, foi a ausência de fiscalização local, que atuam somente sob denuncia, tal ato permissivo provoca risco a segurança da sociedade civil, que em caso de acidentes vem a ser a grande afetada.

The present research is a study that analyzed the storage of fireworks in small commercial establishments located in the Municipality of Jundiai, State of São Paulo, where it was noticed that there is irregularity regarding the obligations of the Brazilian Legislation, since neither are always attended in their entirety, since it is the business premises, have for commercialization, the license of operation, certifications issued by the Civil Police, City Hall and Fire Department. Thus, it was very difficult for the establishments to obtain the certifications, due to the length and cost of the organs involved in this process, besides the absence in specific training for the trade, which includes the handling and storage of the explosives. Another relevant aspect regarding the result of the research was the lack of local supervision, which only acts under denunciation, such permissive act poses a risk to the security of civil society, which in case of accidents is the major affected.
