Evolução do perfil do mestre de cerimônias: uma análise da atuação profissional no 3º congresso técnico Brasil-Alemanha em Jundiaí

Abstract

Os grandes acontecimentos do passado como nos dias atuais são os eventos, que mudam a rotina das pessoas e que desde a Grécia antiga já existiam, mas houve uma evolução natural com o decorrer dos anos. Na mais fiel tradução da palavra, um evento sempre foi e será um acontecimento que causa impacto na vida das pessoas, principalmente pelo conteúdo informativo apresentado nas mais diferentes tipologias existentes. Esta área vem sofrendo algumas adaptações, principalmente nos últimos dois séculos (XX e XXI) no qual o perfil mais formal do mestre de cerimônia vem dando espaço a uma apresentação mais dinâmica, interativa, como um apresentador de um programa ou mesmo de um debate, por exemplo, em eventos de caráter híbrido. Desse modo, a problemática que se coloca é: será que essa mudança no perfil e atuação profissional pode trazer benefícios para os eventos? Por isso, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral analisar a evolução do perfil e atuação profissional do mestre de cerimônias e sua conduta no 3º Congresso Técnico Brasil-Alemanha “Gestão Sustentável de Resíduos Sólidos” em Jundiaí, no ano de 2015. Para isso, a pesquisa apresentou por meio de levantamento bibliográfico a evolução do mestre de cerimônias e sua atuação em diferentes contextos e ao utilizar o método exploratório e descritivo e entrevistas em profundidade com profissionais da área, pode revelar o perfil e a conduta do mestre de cerimônias atual como aquele que atende aos desafios contemporâneos advindos da pandemia global e de um mundo digital, levando em consideração sua audiência, o tipo de evento e a importância do preparo prévio para alcançar os resultados planejados e o sucesso almejado

The great events of the past as in the present day are the events that change people's routine and that since ancient Greece already existed, but there was a natural evolution over the years. In the most faithful translation of the word, an event has always been and will be an event that has an impact on people's lives, mainly due to the informative content presented in the most different typologies that exist. This area has been undergoing some adaptations, especially in the last two centuries (XX and XXI) in which the more formal profile of the master of ceremonies has been giving way to a more dynamic, interactive presentation, as a presenter of a program or even a debate, for example, in hybrid character events. Thus, the issue that arises is: can this change in the profile and professional performance bring benefits to the events? Therefore, the present work aims to analyze the evolution of the profile and professional performance of the master of ceremonies and their conduct at the 3rd Brazil-Germany Technical Congress “Sustainable Solid Waste Management” in Jundiaí, in 2015. For this, the research presented through bibliographic research the evolution of the master of ceremonies and his performance in different contexts and by using the exploratory and descriptive method and in-depth interviews with professionals in the field, it can reveal the profile and conduct of the current master of ceremonies like that that meets the contemporary challenges arising from the global pandemic and a digital world, taking into account its audience, the type of event and the importance of prior preparation to achieve the planned results and the desired success.
