Abstract

Nos últimos tempos tem se observado no país um aumento na abertura de pequenas empresas e um aumento no número de micro empreendedores individuais. Muitas vezes esse cenário expõe o pouco preparo que essa classe encontra em gerenciar seu próprio negócio. Partindo desse princípio esse software surgiu da necessidade apresentada por uma pequena empresa no ramo de beleza feminina melhorar sua gestão e seu relacionamento com clientes. Baseado na linguagem C# e, usando banco de dados SQL, foi desenvolvido um sistema no qual pode-se efetuar o cadastro de clientes, consulta por CPF, nome, uma aba na qual estará disponível todos os serviços oferecidos e o controle financeiro por cliente/serviço
