Panorama sobre o modal ferroviário brasileiro

Abstract

Antigamente o transporte através de animais era a única alternativa para cruzar o território brasileiro, levando cargas, distribuindo mercadorias, gerando empregos e também gerando alguma economia. Esse foi o sistema de distribuição de cargas por anos, até chegarem as ferrovias e otimizarem esse tempo de distribuição e gerarem ainda mais empregos com as suas construções. As ferrovias desempenham uma importante função na ocupação do nosso território, desde a dinâmica da economia e comercio, controle governamental, integração social, competitividade nacional, até na geração de empregos. Na atualidade brasileira, as ferrovias representam uma opção de rapidez no escoamento de produtos e no barateamento de custos, porém por outro lado, não há investimentos ativos efetuados pelo governo. Esta ausência de investimento neste modal, e a baixa demanda por vagões e locomotivas, fazem com que as indústrias ferroviárias estejam praticamente paradas, analisando este cenário, e utilizando de metodologias exploratória, iremos abordar as possíveis causas, e efeitos a longo prazo das ferrovias brasileiras, baseados em dados estatísticos, e bibliográficos. Por fim, teremos hipoteticamente possíveis resultados e conclusões de soluções viáveis e cabíveis para mudar o rumo do atual cenário descrito.

In the past, transportation through animals was a single alternative to cross the Brazilian territory, carrying loads, distributing products, generating jobs and also generating some savings. This was the cargo distribution system for years, until they arrived as railroads and optimized that distribution time and generated even more jobs with their constructions. The railways play an important role in the occupation of our territory, from the dynamics of the economy and trade, government control, social integration, national, even in the generation of jobs. Nowadays in Brazil, as railways represent an option of speed in the flow of products and in the reduction of costs, however, on the other hand, there are no active investments made by the government. This lack of investment in this mode, and the low demand for wagons and locomotives, make the railway industries, stopping, analyzing this scenario, and using exploratory methodologies, address the possible causes and long-term effects of the Brazilian railways, based on statistical and bibliographic data. Finally, we will have hypothetically possible results and tools for viable and feasible solutions to change the course of the current scenario described.
