Prática teatral: um resgate humanístico para o profissional de eventos formado na Fatec Jundiaí

Abstract

Este estudo analisa como o teatro pode contribuir para o resgate de valores humanísticos em alunos do curso de eventos da Fatec Jundiaí, com o intuito de torná-los melhores profissionais. Afim de uma aplicação contemporânea e atualizada, foram levantadas informações quanto à evolução histórica do teatro e dos eventos, juntamente com o que se espera do profissional do futuro e das competências pessoais do organizador de eventos. Justifica-se a investigação, pois sabe-se que há a necessidade de aprimoramento de habilidades sociais e de comunicação de alunos e profissionais que já atuam na área. E por compreender tais necessidades, discute-se neste trabalho quais são de fato os valores a serem resgatados e seus devidos impactos nos indivíduos, ora alunos, ora profissionais. A discussão é tecida em decorrência da análise crítica do material bibliográfico revisado. A análise elucida os benefícios da aplicação prática do tema desta pesquisa e, assim, apresenta considerações pontuais e sugestões

This will be analyze how dramatics can contribute to the rescue of humanistic values in Jundiaí Fatec event course students in order to make them better professionals. In order to provide a contemporary and up-to-date application information had been gathered on the historical evolution of dramatics and events along with what is expected of the future professional and the personal skills of the event organizer. The investigation is justified because it are known that there is a need to improve social and communication skills of students and professionals already working in the area. It’s are possible understanding these needs, we discuss in this paper what are the values to be redeemed and their impacts on individuals, sometimes students, sometimes professionals. The discussion is woven a result of the critical analysis of the revised bibliographic material. The analysis elucidates the benefits of the practical application of the theme of this research and thus presents punctual considerations and suggestions
