Implementação de unidades tratoras autônomas para abastecimento de produção

Abstract

O estudo da gestão de projetos e suas práticas de implementação são o principal foco desse trabalho, tratando dos processos de automatização de etapas das atividades de manufatura, através da aplicação de unidades tratora autônomas e como ocorre a interação entre a automatização da manufatura frente às etapas predecessoras e sucessoras na cadeia de suprimentos, os desafios de implementação e os benefícios advindos dessa prática, buscando-se conferir maior vantagem competitiva por intermédio da otimização da produção. Para a coleta dos dados que compõem esse estudo foi realizada uma pesquisa de caráter exploratório e descritivo fazendo uso de entrevistas, análise de documentos e observações diretas da cadeia de suprimentos. Observou-se no estudo de caso os desafios da gestão de projetos para as implementações necessárias à automatização da manufatura, dos desafios acerca dos impactos operacionais de realizar-se uma implementação durante o processo em curso sem interrupções, do desafio da governança do projeto de implementação em razão da interação com fornecedores diretamente envolvidos e corresponsáveis pelo sucesso da implementação, e por último, mas não menos importante a abordagem do fator humano e da quebra de paradigmas no que tange à substituição da mão de obra humana pela robotização de etapas da manufatura.

The study of project management and its implementation practices are the main focus of this work, dealing with automation processes of stages of the manufacturing activities, through the application of autonomous handling units and how the interaction between the automation of the manufacturing takes place in the face of the predecessor and successor stages in the supply chain, the challenges of implementation and the benefits arising from this practice, seeking to confer greater competitive advantage through the optimization of production. To collect the data that make up this study, an exploratory and descriptive research was carried out using interviews, document analysis and direct observations of the supply chain. It was observed in the study case the challenges of project management for the implementations necessary to automate manufacturing, the challenges regarding the operational impacts of carrying out an implementation during the ongoing process without interruptions, the challenge of the governance of the implementation project due to the interaction with suppliers directly involved and co-responsible for the success of the implementation, and last but not least, the approach of the human factor and the breaking of paradigms with regard to the replacement of human labor by the robotization of manufacturing stages.
