Desafios para a integração de pcd's: um estudo no mercado de trabalho de Tarumã – SP

Abstract

O presente trabalho traz como objetivo discorrer sobre as dificuldades encontradas por PCD’s (pessoas com deficiência) na cidade de Tarumã em tentativas de não só inclusão, mas também de integração ao mercado de trabalho. Geralmente frustradas por atitudes discriminatórias por parte das empresas, mesmo com a ciência da existência de implicações legislativas que preveem a obrigatoriedade de cotas para pessoas com deficiência, com o intuito de garantir a esses indivíduos o direito de acesso ao mercado de trabalho. Pretende-se, neste artigo, observar as condições de acessibilidade que PCD’s encontram ao tentar se inserir plenamente na sociedade, por meio de revisões bibliográficas e entrevistas com representantes da luta pela integração de pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho de Tarum

This paper aims to discuss the difficulties encountered by PCD’s (people with disabilities) in the city of Tarumã in attempts to not only include them but also to integrate them into the labor market. Usually frustrated by discriminatory attitudes on the part of companies, even with the awareness of the existence of legislative implications that provide for the mandatory quotas for people with disabilities, in order to guarantee these individuals the right of access to the labor market. It is intended, in this article, to observe the accessibility conditions that PCD’s encounter when trying to fully insert themselves into society, through bibliographic reviews and interviews with representatives of the struggle for the integration of people with disabilities in the labor market in Tarumã
