O instrutor de voo de avião: objetivo de ensinar a voar ou mais uma etapa na carreira do aviador?

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo avaliar a carreira do Instrutor de Voo analisando sua trajetória para obter as qualificações necessárias para desempenhar a função, o planejamento de carreira, a perspectiva dentro do segmento de aviação e, finalmente, responder com base em dados se esta atividade é viável como carreira ou apenas uma etapa para o aviador. Para tanto, este estudo baseia-se nas questões teóricas sobre o tema, citadas por autores e que abordam o planejamento, a carreira, a aviação e recursos humanos. Quanto aos processos metodológicos, foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo para investigar a realidade dos instrutores nos principais aeródromos da região de São Paulo, sendo: Aeroclube de São Paulo, Aeroclube De Jundiaí, Aeroclube De Bragança Paulista e finalmente Aeroclube de Biritiba Mirim. As informações foram coletadas por meio de um questionário respondido pelos instrutores dessas instituições. As respostas obtidas permitiram abordar os dados quantitativa e qualitativamente, para responder ao problema de pesquisa.

This article aims to assess the career of the Flight Instructor by analyzing their trajectory to obtain the qualifications required to perform the function, career planning, perspective within the aviation segment and ultimately respond based on data if this activity is feasible as a career or just one step for the aviator. In order to do so, this study is based on the theoretical questions on the topic, which are cited by authors and which deal with planning, career, aviation and human resources. As for the methodological processes, a field research was carried out to investigate the reality of the instructors in the main aerodromes of the region of São Paulo, being: Aeroclube de São Paulo, Aeroclube de Jundiaí, Aeroclube de Bragança Paulista and finally Aeroclube de Biritiba Mirim. The information was collected through a questionnaire answered by the instructors of these institutions. The answers obtained allowed to approach the data quantitatively and qualitatively, to answer the research problem.
