A metodologia englobou o dimensionamento analítico
ABNT NBR 10961, DIN EN 10089 e ISO 16368. Para a validação geométrica do chassi submetido à
The evolution of defense and logistics operations demands highly versatile ground support equipment. This Graduation Project presents the conceptual development and structural validation of the Terrestrial Modular Strategic Platform (PEMT), designed to operate both as an off-road vehicle and a self-leveling mobile helipad, operating with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of approximately 12,000 kgf. The methodology encompassed the classic analytical design of the chassis, suspension, and hydraulic leveling system, based on ABNT NBR 10961, DIN EN 10089, and ISO 16368 standards. For the geometric validation of the chassis subjected to a critical landing impact force (6,000 kgf), the Finite Element Method (FEM) was applied. Results revealed that optimizing the main structure to square tubular profiles (100 x 100 x 8,00 mm) in a hyperstatic grid format ensured high bending stiffness. The peak Von Mises equivalent stress in the global assembly stabilized at 74.64 MPa, resulting in a robust Safety Factor of 4.7 and a maximum vertical deflection of only 1.54 mm. It is concluded that the PEMT chassis is mechanically viable and highly stable, establishing the fundamental basis for future non-linear dynamic simulations and prototyping. |
