The Employee Experience is studied in employee engagement and motivation, a new paradigm in the Human Resources area. The objective of this work is to study, through a literature review, whether it can be said that there is greater engagement of the employee(s) adapting them to a position or function based on their experience. This is a literature review carried out in the Google Scholar database, using the following descriptors: EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE X HUMAN RESOURCES; EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE X ENGAGEMENT and its correlates in English. As inclusion criteria, we defined the use of free access full articles, published in Portuguese and English between the years 2011 to 2021. After selection, according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion, the articles were read and at the end of the review a total of 8 articles and case studies considered relevant to the study were used. The results showed that most of the studies surveyed are international publications and address the importance of valuing the employee's experience in order to obtain better performance and engagement in teams, and consequently more productivity. It was concluded that institutions that attract and retain the best talent put many forces at play that are dramatically impacting the workplace and employee experience. |
