Análise do leiaute atacadista em Mogi das Cruzes

Abstract

A armazenagem e o leiaute são os principais objetivos do presente artigo, e a análise desses leiautes de três atacadistas na cidade de Mogi das Cruzes, no estado de são Paulo, verificando qual deles é o melhor nas questões de otimização do leiaute, entendendo e conceituando através de pesquisas o que é e a sua real aplicação na rotina de trabalho. Foram realizadas visitas em diferentes dias e horários para a coleta de dados e a análise desses resultados levou ao entendimento de que o leiaute pode e deve interferir no resultado financeiro do atacadista. Chegou-se assim, a comprovação de que o atacado X é o melhor, provando que suas estratégias e planejamento logístico são diferenciais em frente aos concorrentes. Concluiu-se que um bom leiaute reduz o gasto de tempo e otimiza o fluxo de trabalho dos funcionários, trazendo maior qualidade de vida no trabalho.

Storage and layout are the main objectives of this article, and the analysis of the three layouts wholesalers in the city of Mogi das Cruzes, in the State of São Paulo, by checking which one is the best layout optimization issues, understanding and conceptualizing what is research and real application in your work routine. Visits were carried out on different days and times for data collection and the analysis of the results led to the understanding that the layout can and should interfere in the financial result of the wholesaler. It was so, the proof that the wholesale X is the best, proving that their strategies and logistics planning are differentials in front of competitors. It was concluded that a good layout reduces time and optimizes the workflow of employees, bringing higher quality of life at work.
