| Abstract: | Este trabalho vem buscar mostrar a evolução dessa lei que foi criada em 1943, além de mostrar a importância dela, tanto para as mães quanto para as empresas, pois uma funcionária que usufrui dessa licença pode ser uma funcionária muito motivada e se sentir valorizada. ABSTRACT This study aims to demonstrate the evolution of this law—originally enacted in 1943—and to highlight its importance for both mothers and companies, given that an employee who takes this leave may become highly motivated and feel valued. |
