(In)Segurança pública no Brasil

Abstract

O trabalho aqui apresentado tem como objetivo esclarecer as causas determinantes da insegurança pública no Brasil. Sendo abordadas como metodologia de pesquisa, as seguintes fontes: Livros, artigos de internet com cunho jurídico penal, Código Penal Brasileiro (vigente atualmente), bem como alguns questionamentos (entrevistas) realizados com especialistas na matéria penal brasileira. Conseguindo assim angariar informações suficientes para elaborar um trabalho contextualizado no período atual em que o povo enfrenta. Em grande parte do trabalho, visou-se fazer análise do crescimento da violência e suas causas primárias, ou seja, aonde surge a mesma. ABSTRACT The study presented here aims to clarify the root causes of public insecurity in Brazil. The research methodology draws upon various sources—including books, online articles on criminal law, and the current Brazilian Penal Code—as well as insights gathered through interviews with experts in Brazilian criminal law. This approach enabled the collection of sufficient information to produce a study contextualized within the current reality faced by the population. A significant portion of the work focuses on analyzing the rise of violence and its primary causes—that is, its origins.
