O racismo nas organizações

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como tema central o estudo sobre o racismo nas organizações e a dificuldade que os negros enfrentam no competitivo mercado de trabalho. A análise das pesquisas demonstra que existe uma barreira entre brancos e negros, pois a diferença de salários e cargos ocupados ficam evidentes. Cento e trinta anos após a Princesa Isabel sancionar o fim da escravidão no Brasil, percebe-se ainda que existe preconceito por raça, que é passado de geração em geração. A Lei Aurea teve por objetivo igualar os direitos entre brancos e negros, porém, mesmo depois de se passar mais de um século, fica evidente que ainda existe discriminação.

This work has as its central theme the study of racism in organizations and the difficulty that blacks face in the competitive labor market. The analysis of the surveys shows that there is a barrier between whites and blacks, since the difference in wages and positions are evident. One hundred and thirty years after Princess Isabel sanctioned the end of slavery in Brazil, it is noticed that there is prejudice by race, which is passed from generation to generation. The aim of the Golden Law was to equalize rights between whites and blacks, but even after more than a century, it is clear that there is discrimination yet.
