Projeto para Desenvolvimento de um Sistema de Informação para atendimento fisioterápico, que terá como objetivo armazenar as informações de pacientes, fisioterapeutas e as evoluções de diferentes tipos de tratamentos fisioterapêuticos, registrará os dados evolucionários de cada paciente presente no sistema, conforme o decorrer do tratamento do mesmo, facilitando o registro de dados. A quantidade de fichas evolutivas a serem escritas e armazenadas de maneira física nos setores de tratamentos fisioterápicos contribuem para perdas de fichas evolutivas dentro dos setores, o que pode comprometer a estrutura da Policlínica caso alguma intercorrência seja registrada, e a falta de fichas evolutivas de pacientes não esteja documentada. O projeto tem por justificativa suprir as necessidades da clínica em relação a organização das fichas evolutivas de pacientes, que atualmente são feitas de maneira escrita
