Logística de mobilidade de jogadores para confrontos internacionais.

Abstract

A grande demanda internacional de esporte exige operações logísticas cada vez mais complexas. As grandes competições como a FIFA, CONMEBOL e a UEFA demandam deslocamentos que envolvem transporte aéreo, hospedagem e planejamento estratégico.(BALLOU, 2015). A logística é responsável por garantir que os jogadores estejam no local e no tempo certo, com menor custo possível. Na área do esporte, assegura que jogadores chegam ao destino em condições ideais de desempenho. Com isso, surgem alguns gargalos. Como: a gestão podem diminuir impactos operacionais e melhorar o rendimento em confrontos internacionais de jogadores ? O objetivo geral desse trabalho é analisar os fatores que afetam o rendimento e o bem estar dos jogadores. Como objetivos específicos podem ser analisar a estrutura da concentração e a movimentação da origem até o aeroporto e o próximo destino final.

The high international demand for sports requires increasingly complex logistical operations. Major competitions such as FIFA, CONMEBOL, and UEFA demand travel involving air transport, accommodation, and strategic planning (BALLOU, 2015). Logistics is responsible for ensuring that players are in the right place at the right time, at the lowest possible cost. In the sports field, it ensures that players arrive at their destination in ideal performance conditions. This creates some bottlenecks. How can management reduce operational impacts and improve performance in international matches for players? The overall objective of this work is to analyze the factors that affect the performance and well-being of players. Specific objectives could include analyzing the structure of the training camp and the movement from the origin to the airport and the next final destination.
