AppIdeia: uma empresa inovadora criando um app para Old Logan: uma barbearia do futuro (Barber Tech)

Abstract

Por visitas eventuais de alguns membros do grupo a Barbearias, houve a percepção de algumas barbearias deixaram de ser apenas um local de atendimento comum para homens e passaram a ter a necessidade de ter uma administração de gestão e produtividade efetiva para poder gerenciar o negócio e continuar a expandir seus lucros. Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo o estudo e desenvolvimento de um software e aplicativo que faça o gerenciamento eficiente dos atendimentos e recursos financeiros acoplado com o gerenciamento de um CRM para ampliar em uma Barbearia Prime a gestão dos negócios e de sua carteira de clientes atual. A vantagem do software será visível a partir do momento em que o cliente puder contabilizar os seus ganhos e gastos mensais por meio de relatórios e aplicativo para celular, por meio de sistema off-line e posterior on-line e, poderá o barbeiro conferir e auditar seus próprios resultados quanto ao atendimento diário e mensal. O sistema deverá ser desenvolvido em JAVA e C# para o meio off-line e, para o meio on-line, a ferramenta HTML/PHP e MySQL Server trará as melhorias necessárias quanto a apresentação da página e alimentação de banco de dados. O sistema desenvolvido é simples quanto ao manuseio do aplicativo e software devido a consulta realizada por entrevista ao Gestor da Barbearia que, entende que seu conhecimento em informática e tecnologia também é de nível básico/intermediário quanto a alguns aplicativos comuns de acesso ao usuário. Entende-se que se faz necessária a avaliação das necessidades do negócio para se estabilizar um contato direto com o interessado que busca efetivamente um contrato efetivo consolidado ao longos de alguns anos.
