Formas de adulteração do etanol combustível

Abstract

Com a necessidade de preservar o meio-ambiente e buscar novas formas para a substituição dos combustíveis fosséis, o Brasil vem através da cana-de-açúcar, produzir um combustível de fontes renováveis e ecologicamente correto. O etanol combustível que hoje já faz parte da vida de muitos consumidores, com a popularização dos carros flex-fuels, que permitem que o motorista possa utilizar gasolina e etanol, juntos ou separados, e o aumento da frota automobilística, fez com que a comercialização do etanol tanto na forma anidro para ser misturada com a gasolina, como na forma hidratada vendida diretamente para o consumidor final, crescesse muito nos últimos anos. Pessoas mal intencionadas, a fim de obterem maiores lucros, adulteram o etanol anidro e o hidratado. Através de inúmeros dados coletados principalmente da Agencia Nacional do Petróleo (ANP), que regulamenta a produção e a distribuição do etanol combustível, este trabalho analisa as especificações técnicas, as formas de adulterações e os danos causados aos motores de veículos que utilizaram combustível adulterado.

With the need to preserve the environment and to search new ways to replace fossil fuels, Brazil comes through sugarcane to produce a renewable source and environmentally friendly fuel. The fuel ethanol which today is part of life for many consumers, with the popularity of flex-fuel cars, which allow the driver to use gasoline and ethanol, together or separate, and the rise of the automobile fleet, made the ethanol marketing, both in anhydrous form to be mixed with gasoline and hydrate sold directly to the end consumer, grew greatly in recent years. Malicious people in an attempt to obtain higher profits, adulterate the anhydrous and hydrous ethanol. Through numerous data collected mainly from the National Agency of Petroleum (NAP), which regulates the production and distribution of fuel ethanol, this work demonstrates the technical specifications, forms of adulteration and damage to thecar engineswhich have utilized adulterated fuel.
